House rules• The rate offered is non-refundable. • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and common areas. • You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. • Pets weighing up to 25 kilograms are allowed. A supplement of €10 per day/pet will be applied (maximum one pet per apartment). • The credit card used must be in the name of the person staying at the establishment. • Guests must show a valid identity document and a credit card when checking in. • All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. • The number of people staying per apartment cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment. • All guests must register at check-in upon arrival. • A damage deposit of €200 will be requested for stays longer than 7 days by credit card. This will be refunded 7 days after departure. The deposit will be refunded in full by credit card once the accommodation has been checked. • Noise, vibrations and loud music, parties and other activities in the apartments and/or common areas are prohibited. • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. and must be respected. • Use of the private lounge and/or tasting room must be reserved via the app (ask at reception). • The swimming pool is available during the summer season.
